Join Nikki for a relaxing weekend watercolor retreat at a cozy modern cabin in Leavenworth.
We will spend the weekend learning a handful of watercolor techniques, exploring the beautiful mountain area, and doing some field painting on our hiking or snowshoeing adventures! We'll be staying at a beautiful, intimate lodge tucked into the Leavenworth hills. In the evening enjoy expansive views of Tumwater Canyon and The Enchantments from the hot tub.

Day 1 - Get To Know Everybody
Join us for a happy hour and dinner tonight! There is plenty to do from enjoying a roaring fire to relaxing in the hot tub or exploring some of the trails around the cabin. We will have a taco bar dinner together tonight. Come anytime after 6pm.
Day 2 - Let's Paint!
We will start the day together with a sunrise yoga session followed by breakfast to fuel up and get centered for our day. We will begin with a short hike/snowshoe to find inspiration in the beautiful natural world. We will take our observations and sketches back to the lodge to spend the morning learning watercolor techniques to capture that magic on paper with watercolor and ink. There will be time to play, practice, and experiment. Plan on painting from the landscape around us, or bringing pictures to work from.
After lunch, we will plan on a hike or snowshoe do some field painting!
In the evening you will have the option of cooking in the cabin or joining me for a group dinner in Leavenworth. (Dinner tonight is not included)
Day 3 - Wrap Up
Enjoy breakfast together, and wrap up the weekend with some more field painting and a q&a. Check out is at 11.

About the Cabin
Beautiful Modern Mountain Lodge, Gorgeous View, Luxurious Finishes, Walk to town
Na-Mu Lodge was custom built in 2015, offering 4 luxurious suites plus our bunk room, ample space for 16 guests. Large great room with 12 seat dining table. Chefs kitchen and great views from around the wood burning fireplaces in the great room and porch. Each suite has an en suite bathroom , and the bunk room has its own bathroom for maximum privacy in each suite. Gorgeous views from all rooms. Hot tub located on back patio with sweeping views or Tum water canyon. We are about a 15 minute walk to the center of town.
